1. Overview
This page describes how to delete your account, request access to or correction of personal data, or contact us about privacy and data protection for AssetFlow.

2. Account deletion

2.1 How to request deletion
AssetFlow does not currently provide an in-app account deletion feature. To request deletion, use the dedicated instructions on Account and Data Deletion Request, or send a request from your registered email address to jjb5775a@gmail.com.

2.2 What happens when you delete
After verifying account ownership, we will delete or anonymize data where technically feasible and legally permitted, including account profile information, identifiers, and user-generated content associated with the service.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment provider policy, or regulatory compliance purposes. Retained data will be limited to the minimum scope necessary and stored only for the required retention period.
Please allow up to 7 business days for account deletion requests to be processed and reflected across our systems, including backups and third-party service providers.
3. Other data subject requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request:
- Access to personal data we hold about you;
- Correction of inaccurate data;
- Deletion of personal data where applicable;
- Restriction or objection to certain processing;
- Portability of data you provided, where technically feasible.
Submit requests to jjb5775a@gmail.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.
4. Account and billing inquiries
For account access, purchase, subscription, refund, receipt, or billing questions, email jjb5775a@gmail.com with the subject Account/Billing Inquiry - AssetFlow.
Please include:
- The email address associated with your AssetFlow account;
- The purchase or subscription platform;
- The approximate payment date;
- Any available order ID, receipt ID, or transaction ID;
- A short description of the issue.

For bug reports, please include your device model, operating system version, app version, steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots if available, and the email address associated with your account if relevant.
